Basically if baronzeus says "i'm running so bad" it's almost certain to be followed up with him saying he's only up X$ or he's down some tiny insignificant figure. He's kind of like those guys in live poker who yap constantly when they're winning, and are dead silent when losing. If he's actually on a legit losing streak, you aren't going to hear much from him.
