Oink has two overs and if you raise here he should understand that you have a high PP and fold. The chance of getting it 3-ways instead of 4-ways on the turn is worth the extra investment on the flop. If you call flop and Oink tags along there are few good turncards that you can raise so you end up calling down with in a multiway pot with little chance of improving. Raising flop increases you chance to win the pot, and makes the pot you win bigger.
