At 6 max NL on sites with the standard policies of no flop no drop, $3 cap and 5% rake, the effect of rake works out at (approximately)

3.6PTBB/100 at $100 NL
2.5PTBB/100 at $200 NL and
1.6 PTBB/100 at $400 NL
