To kill an important wolf and semi-confirm a good power role, that will either continue to live and be useful, or die tonight forcing the government to waste a kill/arrest on him instead of another seer, or live and get them to waste a kill/arrest, or retain his ability to use powers.
Or, to kill a wolf.
