Bah, he's jamming a draw. The player is solid, there is a draw on the flop, if he has flopped a strong hand, he's fast playing. This is exactly what I would do, and what you should do with a hand like 9cxc, a "rope-a-dope" my equity favorite on the flop, tie players to the pot.

exactly im not worried about the BB here.
if the button raises i would just give him credit for the 8 and fold.
