I see your point, but I think it is a bit more complicated than that.

First, at 25PLO who knows what opponents are holding.

Second, in order to take a lot of chips from an opponent, he needs to have a decent, but second best hand. If a calling station is holding TTXX and the flop comes out T87, I may stack them with JT98 but I might fold a 9876 hand if there is serious postflop action.

Either way, JT98 and 9876 are both great PLO hands and perhaps I should be lumping them together instead of thinking of them as different.
