3rd/4th and 6th/7th are pretty standard, the only real question is whether to raise on 5th or not.

I believe it is a pretty clear raise, because your opponent has open jacks. The problem here is the guy behind you will almost never call unless he has a pretty big draw (like 9T in the hole), since the original bettor has open jacks. The only time you'd want an overcall behind you is the times your opponent doesn't have a big draw. Therefore, you want to charge seat 2 the maximum just in case he's on a good draw.
