Yes, villain my have a FD, but that's still dangeours. All his/r FD are also SD, and TP?K+FD is possible too. Thus, you are ahead-but-vulnerable or behind-but-drawing-thin.
What range of hands do you put villain on? To me, draws do not constitute enough of it.
