I assume (in the hypothetical world where the current legislative environment goes on forever) that we'll eventually reach some kind of equilibrium where sites will have less incentive to stop taking US bets as the pool of US-bet-taking sites shrinks, adding to the profitability of continuing to take US bets.

I can't imagine Party will ever stop, short of the "extraordinary rendition" of their execs.
