I like the evaluation above - it seems that you are getting just about the right pot odds to make this call, with the nut flush draw.

You limped in pre-flop, so your flop raise can easily be interpreted by the BB as a bluff/steal; his re-raise of 3x your amount is him (possibly) showing you that he has a legitimate hand (a Q, or even QT). Against a Q, your Ace outs are probably still good (AQ is unlikely, because it's a hand that will typically raise pre-flop) - against QT you have 9 outs; since there is a 50% chance your Ace outs are still good count them as 1/2 outs (1.5 vs. 3). You would still have about 10.5 outs, making this a pretty respectable call, IMO.
