First this is terrible 2+2 didn't spend $8 a domain to protect every possible scenario. When I owned Rakerebatereview.com I bought about 50 domains people could use to screw me with.
Also if he makes any money off of the sites 2+2 can sue him for several times his actual profit and win as this is at the very least cybersquatting and at the worst blatant copyright infringement.
The bottom site states "I'd sell this domain for $5,000,000 imo". This makes this an obvious cybersquat whether he is kidding or not. 2+2 needs to go to ICANN immediately and file a complaint and spend a few hundred dollars on domains to protect themselves from headaches like this.
I went through this hassle with some retards that completely stole my idea and site scraped RRR word for word. It's a headache but ultimately you will win. I just filed the complaint and they backed down and transfered me the domain after realizing it would cost them money and they could not win.
