I've just been to the Macau APPT event, so I wonder why you think poker is going to be big in asia. The fact that the Chinese love to gamble is not new, and I didn't need to go there in order to realize this. However I didn't see any special indication that poker in particular is going to be big there.
Also, do you mean online or live? because if you're talking live - there aren't many ways to invest in this area, unless you're going to put money on schools for poker dealers or chinese companies that manufacture chips. And online is even more problematic: Pokerstars were not allowed to use their .com ending, and used only the .net in the event. I assume because it's illegal to advertise gambling sites.
Of course as a poker player I hope you are right, but i think you only have some theoretic "they are crazy gamblers --> poker is going to boom" reasoning, which is not very convincing imo.
