Pretty close.

I don't want to sound like a nit, but if IQs are normally
distributed with mean 100 and SD = 15, prob(IQ>=194) ~
1/5 422 000 000. We should be skeptical of claims of any
IQs > 170.

Also, aren't IQs a "mismeasure of a man"?
