Up until I got into politics my parents never spoke on any major issues going on in the world. Like after 911 happened everyone in my house was basically "whatever, I gotta go to work no time to watch TV" so I pretty much found my views without them. Now that I am a huge politard though I have gotten them into it and we have politard discussions at every family dinner.
