same thing with a 5.
There are a few reasons not to raise
1. we have absolutely 0 idea what this guy has.
2. he is not calling our riase with QTo
3. Getting 3bet here sucks, and we shouldn't call, and everyone here says that they are raise/folding really means they are raise/saying omfg I hate you AbsolutePoker/calling.
