Bet the river for a PSB, and call a raise.

Or, c/r the river, and any 7 or A will pay you off. If reraised, I probably call.

Note: you set yourself up for having to make that call by underrepresenting your hand. He'll push any Q here on the river thinking you might have Ax or 7x or something weird.

I also don't like the turn c/c at all.
