1)The two hearts on the board means therse a substantial # of redraws when you spike a pair, really hurting your implied odds.
2) 55/40s often showdown super light, two barrel a lot and 3-bet bluff much more than than most, so dont expect much fold equity if you turn a backdoor draw.
The key in this situation is to have a hand that spiking a pair would likely make your hand good.
Q8o, K7o are much better than this hand, even though you have good backdoor draws here.
If the board was a little dryer, the backdoor draws gain a lot of value, because your turn check raise fold equity would drastically increase.
EG if the board was A63 rainbow with one spade, id peel it with Q4s (or c/r depending on postflop agro tendencies) against this opponent.
Id rather have Q4s than Q8o in that spot.. But on this board id much rather have Q8o (pref with a heart).
