Either you're ahead, beat or he's drawing to a full. I would bet the flop as you did and then bet about 60% of the pot on the turn so as to lay him incorrect odds to fill without running him off, and so as to lose less if I got raised and folded to his presumed nut flush. Of course a read on whether he would raise you with a lesser flush then or that he would call the flop with the naked A just to put a move on the turn is necessary in order to make sure you don't fold a winner too often.
Also, you need to use a hand converter, rather than just removing your own sn while leaving those of others in.
