Why are the ethnic cleansing proponents saying that plan doesn't involve killing Palestinians? Do you really think the Palestinians would take that lying down? Any Israeli plan to remove the Muslim inhabitants would immediately lead to a Civil War that would make the Intifada look like Selma. Also, I hope that no one tries to argue that the Palestinians should take it lying down.

Also, keep in mind that the primary way an Army has to cause a mass civilian flight is to instill fear in the population. The most common way to do this is to commit massive War Crimes. Think Srebrenica.
