1. When renting from California, they will allow Nevada and Arizona. You should ask them to include those states on your contract, but if you don't, it still will not be considered a contract violation, so long as those two states are the only ones included.
2. All ERAC locations are corporate owned. ERAC does not license or franchise ANY locations.
