I'm not sure what to think of the sng's. On the one hand it's good that CAZ is offering its customers choices. It also means that management is not just sitting on it's heels but is looking to be innovative. OTOH, I've noticed that the card room is not as full as it used to be. Once upon a time every seat would be filled for Sunday's football promotion a couple of hours before the games. Now there are empty tables. The Tues and Wed tourneys used to sell out by 5pm or so. Now there are seats available almost up to the 7pm start. All this while metro-Phoenix's population increases. This has me concerned that management knows there is a slowdown in traffic and is offering sng's to attract/keep the players interested. This has me concerned.

On the other, other hand: Maybe I'm just screwy. I've mentioned to other players that it looks like business has slowed down and they tell me I'm nuts. So there is always that to take into consideration.
