I think this deserves a bump so as not to escape the attention of the satellite specialists. Also no responses yet are because it's a very difficult situation.
I think it might be okay aside from the flop call but I think you do have FE to shove after UTG smooth calls the second time around. I think I probably do shove there and quite possibly the first time but I'm not sure that it's right.
Flop I think is a grit your teeth and muck.
