I think this is really opponent dependent, but I think you could consider folding the flop. Most mid-high pairs like 66-JJ are going to be included in a 9%PFR's raising range, and he could even have AA here. If he's at all shown himself to be donkish, or if you and him have any history of aggression whatsoever, or if your sample size is small and he's largely unknown, then just push the flop.

Basically I'm saying push the flop in a lot of situations, but folding here doesn't seem outrageous in the right circumstances.

Calling doesn't really make much sense to me given you only have 1PSB left.
