Without any info on the raiser pf, I would fold or call and lead flop.
But that is ridiculous, you should have some info.
What is his VPIP, pfr%?
This will give a range of hands that the will have on teh flop. How often will he c-bet here?
Given all that info, it will be simple to know if we should call pf and if middle pair is good here enough.
If he was 30/14 and cbet 75, c/r all in is very Goot.
