It's impossible to come up with the best rap song ever, but lol at it being Hit em up. Pac stans are hillarious (basically like weezy stans today*). But as for some dope songs that are up there as my favorites-

Mo Money Mo murder by AZ ft Nas
Original version of "Renegade" Royce da 5 9 ft Eminem
U don't know by Jay-z
D'evils by Jay-Z
The ruler's back by Slick Rick
Rather Unique by AZ
C.R.E.A.M.
Life's a bitch Nas ft. AZ

And for some more recent songs that I don't really think are best but I love...

Int'l Players Anthem UGK ft Outkast
The Champ by Ghostface (<---DOPE VIDEO)
The Cool by Lupe Fiasco
Kick, Push by Lupe Fiasco
Desire by Pharoah Monch
The Game by Common

Wow, nice.

Interesting pick with the Slick Rick, I always thought that was one of the weaker things on that album. 'Children's Story' or 'Hey Young World' or 'Mona Lisa' are easily top 50 off all time. 'Indian Girl' also one of the best of that type of sub-genre gimmicky funny track.
