I would bet more on the flop, check the turn through. I realize it sucks giving a free card to a flush draw, but your hand hasn't really improved despite making trips, so it's time to exercise pot control. As played, I think you ran into a set turned boat or bigger Ace. You've shown strength on 3 streets and got raised - gotta fold.
