You should raise with your good hands as much as they are willing to call . Since you have position , then you should be raising with slightly more than half of your hands . I would consider limping otb with speculative hands if he checks his big blind with regularity . Otherwise , it's a good strategy to raise more than 3x the big blind if he's calling with junk and you hold a better than average hand .
