Thats what I thought UB would say when addressing this issue, but I didn't know if Rakebreak had something specific set up with them. You should contact Rakebreak and they should then be contacting their affiliate manager on your behalf to get this issue straighten out, as they will have the authority and authorization to get you set up correctly for rakeback/payments.
