Dear Kevin,
Our Rakeback payments are made on or about the 15th of each month.
We do not offer rakeback to players. We do allow our affiliates to offer rakeback to their players.
We pay rakeback according to information provided to us by our affiliates.
Any request or any kind of special request has to be made by the affiliate to our affiliate department.
Please contact your affiliate on that matter.
