true IB, the market is awful...sorry, i didn't realize the rating was based off the other pitchers too...
however, this is just another hurdle to a team wanting to sign him...
since he declined an option for an amount that he's not getting from any team, he's only going to come back and play for a team he wants to play for imo...so i guess it might only be the braves and that's it possibly, just speculating
