Your flop bet is pretty weak. A standard c-bet is 2/3-3/4 of the pot. This means if they want to raise you, they have to commit more chips.

UTG here limps, then calls a raise OOP in 3-way pot preflop. Then check min-raises the flop. A very weak line preflop and donkish postflop. I cant put him on JQ or 76. T9 is in his range as are A9 and AT.

We can safely check behind on this turn, then bet if checked to on the river, for value.
