Well this isn't a squeeze, it's just a 3bet. As far as whether you should bet the turn or not, this is really player dependent I think. Sounds obvious but if he's a fish/station bet turn. If he's solid/tricky I'd check behind.
Also, when 3betting preflop I generally make it a little bigger, and like you said would bet a little bigger on flop.
