Considering his range you're either way ahead (T9), way behind (TT,99 AT) or about 50/50 vs. a straight and a flush draw.
I think it's a bad idea to push here because: if he has a made hand then he's calling and about 60% of the time this happens you're behind. If you take a card then you can see whether it's a scare card or not. I reckon you then give him the incorrect odds to call on the turn, and get away from it if the flush comes. Let me know how it turns out.
