The two restaurants I suggested are widely considered the best in the city. This is Gainesville, Florida. Population about 100K; half of it is students, the rest are farmers, making minimum wage, or (a slim minority) doctors/professors. I know $15 is CHEAP for brunch - it doesn't make it any less flash, though.
