A) easily.

If the blinds are about to go up the very next hand and you decide to fold the TT, the stack sizes are a little more pwnable. If you're successful, you'll hopefully have >8k. But if you call here and win you'll have pretty much ~8.5k, the bubble broken, and a shorty with <2bbs that you can utilize for the money bubble.
