I don't see any way neteller turns over any records to the IRS unless they have to do so anyway. What do they have to gain from doing so? If they did do this, especially when not compulsory, they would lose the trust of the few remaining customers they have. They are a publicly traded company which still has operations to worry about in the rest of the world, not a vindictive ex-lover. I didn't have much money in there, but I still didn't sign the release.
