Yes because before you turn 18 you have no understanding of the consequences of your actions. It magically happens on your 18th birthday.

So the US isn't perfect, who cares. No country is perfect and every country has its own skeletons in its closet.

That's the whole point. "They're not perfect" isn't a good reason to attack them or evidence that they want to kill us all.
