Oh my, this is getting interesting. On the phone with them now, they said the sign up was from yesterday, and they think a merchant signed me up. On hold. I do know I pay my citi bank credit cards on line and they show up as 'citi click 2 pay' or something like that. Curious.
edit - oh and whoever digned me up knew my birthday.
