Default correct play vs half stack and fullstack

I don't know much about villain

He is 28/13/1.6

Versus a villain like this who is full stacked, I'd bet turn and fold to cr.

Do we treat someone who has half a stack the same?

Also, is the turn bet here bad? Most people who have overpairs here don't turn it into a bluff, but I guess it's possible they could say "f it" and cr all in now that there's a bd flush.
