Here's a quick guide how to find fishy games (worked for me):
1) site that doesn't allow datamining
2) site that doesn't offer (dealt) rakeback
3) site that has easy to clear sign-up bonuses
Take the fishiest sites (PS, PP, Pacific) and you will see all. (with the exception of Pacific does allow dm)
Take the rockiest sites (FTP, WPEX, AP, UB) and you will see the opposite.
