Default Call shove with AK vs. Catcher?
I have exactly $400 in the BB with AKo.

Catcher makes it $16 to go UTG 6 handed and it folds to me.

I make it $52.

He shoves.

I don't think we have any terribly interesting history, but we play together a pretty healthy amount. Also, this session JUST started, so no immediatly relevant metagame is at play.
