Is this development RIGHT next to a federal prison or something? NO house that looks to be about 4500-5000 square feet with such a nice interior is going to run at 870k, thats not even CLOSE to what its going to run for in a typical neighbordhood.....try at least like 1.25+ and that is being very generous.
