Dig in. Get your hands dirty. Read as many threads and as many books as you can stomach. No one can spoon feed you.
Don't look for the easy way out. It takes hard work to not be a losing player. And unless you're really lucky, you're going to lose a bit before you win.
Always learn something when you lose.
