This will not improve your improv skills because you rely on wit to improvise. You either have wit or you don't. If you have it then you don't need the class. If you want to do it for a good laugh and just to mess around then more power to you.

I am considering this much more to enjoy the experience, meet some people, and be more comfortable in high pressure social situations.
It's not like I'm training for Saturday Night Live.
