Get better focussed on what you need done. Hire a firm with offices or contacts where you likely need it done.
An international empire like yours, (even if "pulled out of your ass" as you put it), likely will need local counsel or referrals to whereever you need something done.
Your described experience thus far sounds typical even if fictional; a multi-national law firm is not likely to engage in legal hand-holding like you describe. You WILL be a low priority versus their bigger, better paying clients.
I suggest that you hire an in-house counsel or pay someone for a HEFTY retainer.
