You probably need to find a full service, but smaller firm. PM me and I could give you a name that should be able to handle a lot of this. Keep in mind, you won't find one lawyer that can do all this -- if someone says they can, they're wrong and you should hang up the phone. You might be able to find a guy that has people in his firm or knows who to call on matters he's not personally familiar with.
