just so I'm clear....$32, free shipping, -$$30 on some cheesey not neccesary softwqare...refund...makes a mem stick for $2?

sounds nice but I've been playing drunk poker tonight and am more inubrieated than usual......is this a $2 memstick or did I miss something?
