I don't think flat calling is really an option in this spot with all the players behind. Since we're 140bbs deep it makes the normally horrible 4-bet and fold to shove line quite tempting, since he will be turbo-mucking a fair bit of the time. Something like $475 should do the trick even with all the dead money in there. Not sure if its too transparent though, I might make it a bit larger just to make sure he isn't gonna 5-bet bluff...
