1. I believe you get the $100 bonus regardless of what you deposit. But you should deposit enough so that you have a bankroll to play with.
2. The second bonus starts as soon as you finish the first one.
3. The $100 bonus is activated immediately. Not sure about the 2+2 one, but I did a similar one that was instant.
