Shortstackers only raise 10% pf or see 10% of flops so they're having little influence on each hand. Deep-stack players on the other hand exercise a lot of influence, raising with garbage and such. That ruins the flow for people trying to play hands but are pushed out by aggressive betting.

It's impossible to "rathole" at Party. There is a 20 minute limit. People also leave the table after doubling up when playing live. So what if it's against ettiquite. There's no rule against it. People think check raising is against poker ettiquite.
